  2. Our drivers are insured to drive customer vehicles. We will not accept liability for damages caused during vehicle collection or delivery.

  3. Customers must ensure that all valuables are removed from their vehicles prior to our work.

  4. Alloy wheel refurbishment is quoted in pairs, and we cannot guarantee an exact color match.

  5. We are not liable for any missing items not noted prior to collection.

  6. Additional work not agreed upon prior to commencement will not be the responsibility of Shiny Line Auto Repair.

  7. Free delivery is subject to minimum costs and manager discretion.

9. QUERIES / COMPLAINTS & NOTICES

  1. We aim to respond to queries within 14 working days.

  2. Complaints about work quality must be directed to us immediately at complaints@shinylineautorepair.com.

  3. Other complaints should be sent in writing to our registered office.

  4. You must allow us 30 days to remedy any potential breach.

  5. Notices must be sent in writing and will be deemed received three working days after posting.

10. INVALIDITY

Each clause of this agreement is independent. If any clause is found to be unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.

11. GENERALLY

  1. These terms and conditions supersede all prior agreements between you and us.

  2. We reserve the right to vary our terms and conditions at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting on our website.

12. JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
