At Shiny Line Auto Repair, we strive to provide clear and fair policies regarding deposits for our services, including car servicing, repairs, bodywork, and alloy wheel refurbishment. Below are the details of our refunds and cancellations policy:
Deposits paid towards our services are refundable, minus any applicable fees.
Customers will be fully refunded for any additional costs if they were charged for an Xpress or Super Xpress Service but the job is completed as a Standard Superior Service.
Cancellations must be made no later than 5:30 PM (Mon-Fri) and 2:30 PM on Saturdays, the day before repairs commence. If parts have been ordered, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If a supplier cannot cancel parts within this timeframe, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs, including delivery.
Cancellations made after the specified times will incur a charge of £40.00.
